Please note, all sales are final for digital products such as images and designs. Since these are delivered electronically, they are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review your choices carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Physical Products
We offer returns only in cases where the physical products, have defects in materials or workmanship. If you find your product to be defective upon arrival, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, certain items cannot be returned. These include customized or personalized items, products marked as final sale, or items purchased during a clearance sale. - Provide photographs if the defect is visible.
- Allow us up to two days to process your request.

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
